2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to access and use our products and services in your jurisdiction. You must not use Aurexovia products where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Software
Aurexovia software is designed to automate trading activities according to programmed logic and user-selected parameters. The software does not eliminate market risk and does not guarantee profitable results.
4. Trading Risk
Financial markets are inherently risky. You may lose some or all of the capital allocated to trading. Aurexovia does not guarantee: profits, returns, income, win rates, maximum drawdown, trading frequency, future performance or protection from losses.
5. User Responsibility
The customer is responsible for: selecting an appropriate broker, selecting an appropriate account, configuring trading parameters, determining appropriate risk, monitoring the trading account, maintaining sufficient funds, maintaining appropriate VPS/internet infrastructure, and understanding automated trading risks.
6. Third-Party Services
Aurexovia may depend upon third-party platforms and services, including MetaTrader, brokers, VPS providers, payment providers, hosting providers and communication services. Aurexovia is not responsible for failures originating from third-party services.
